The renter is required to provide a certificate of insurance, including, but not limited to, All Risk for full value of the equipment, and a comprehensive general liability-bodily injury of $1,000,000 per occurrence, that names Resource Equipment Company as an additional insured.
The renter is responsible for all damage incurred during its rental of the equipment, except for normal and fair wear and tear. Renter is required to do daily and monthly inspections, keeping the equipment clean, checking oil levels, and checking for oil leaks. In the case of oil leaks, if something is loose, tighten it. If something is broken, call Resource Equipment Company. The equipment doesn’t have many moving parts and should be maintenance-free for many years.
At any time during the first 90 days of the initial rental period, you may request to purchase the equipment.
Resource Equipment Company stocks balers and compactors and can typically deliver in 48 hours. Other equipment will need to be ordered on a case-by-case basis.
